The company has advanced testing equipment, including Trioptics ImageMaster MTF testing systems, Compass surface measurement instruments, Panasonic UA3P ultra-precision 3D measuring machines, and Zygo ZeGage Pro non-contact profilometers. These tools fully support both contact (up to 0.08 μm accuracy) and non-contact precision measurements.

Reliability testing covers a full range of capabilities, including thermal cycling, damp heat, temperature shock, vibration, IP waterproofing, and salt spray tests, ensuring high performance and durability of products under harsh conditions worldwide.

Optical Testing Equipment

We have both contact and non-contact optical testing equipment:

  • Contact and image-based testing of products and molds for 3D coordinates (X, Y, Z) and some geometric tolerances, achieving dimensional accuracy ≥ 0.7 μm
  • Probe-based contact testing of aspherical, freeform, and cylindrical lenses for surface shape and roughness, achieving accuracy ≥ 0.08 μm
  • Non-contact testing of high-precision aspherical and spherical lenses for surface shape, achieving accuracy ≥ 0.08 μm
